18 April 1999 (cont)
One of our two boats had its rudder stuck and couldn't really steer. The drivers
in the boat furiously worked on the problem but didn't really have the technical
expertise. So, they decided to tie both boats together in tandem formation.
Our boat was then pulling the other boat. We chugged along to our destination.
And as if that's not the end of the problem, our boat then had a blown engine
due to the unforeseen stress the engine had handled. The engine was too hot
and had to cool down and may take sometime.
