Our trip started at KOMTAR, as usual, awaiting the bus which was late - that was until 9 pm. Thus, the 8-hour trip begins.

We reached Kuala Berang in Terengganu, a Malaysian peninsular state situated in the East Coast at about 7 am. Terengganu is famous for its turtle nesting sites around Rantau Abang where Leatherback, Green and Ridley-Scott turtles thrive.
